Ensure our clients experience minimal inconvenience by us, while offering them a wide range of services. Offer choices where possible so the best possible outcome can be obtained to satisfy our client's individual situation. Respect our clients by being friendly, honest and informative. Undertake work on clients vehicles in an efficient, conscientious, respectful, practical and economical manner. Back up our workmanship. We value the trust placed in us by our clients.
