The benefits of our new 'V.I.C. Service' are:- Personalised Vehicle Service Book - This service book has been designed by us, to assist you to maintain the optimum performance from your vehicle by helping you keep track of your vehicles' servicing requirements. In the service book we have introduced four specific service types: Bronze; Silver; Gold & Platinum Services. These service types incorporate the differences in time/kilometer requirements of individual service items. (example attached) When you keep up to date with the servicing schedule suggested in this service book, you will be maintaining your vehicle at an optimum level, which in turn will increase the life, reliability and value of your vehicle and give you peace of mind. Priorty use of Mapua Auto Centre's Courtesy Cars. In emergencies (where ever possible) a members vehicle will be repaired to ensure the minimum amount of inconvenience. Free Courtesy Check: A six point courtesy check will be undertaken every time your vehicle is undergoing repair. (example attached) Service Record: A comprehensive service record of your vehicles history will be kept, which may hasten our diagnostic process with future faults. When selling your vehicle you can request a copy of your vehicles service record, providing you with an excellent selling tool. Bi-monthly prize draws: Eligible members will automatically be entered into these draws. Referral recognition: Members will be recognized for every new 'V.I.C. Service' client we receive as a direct result of a referral. Therefore, it is important for you to ensure those you refer to us, tell us who they were referred by. Christmas Hamper: Eligible members will automatically be entered into our annual Christmas Hamper draw. How to maximize the benefits of 'V.I.C. Service' membership. All goods and services must be purchased through Mapua Auto Centre. The service schedule within the 'Vehicle Service Book' needs to be followed. 'V.I.C. Service' vehicles must display the windscreen sticker supplied on the top right hand (drivers side) corner of your vehicle/s front windscreen (next to your Service Sticker). We believe your vehicle/s represent a huge family investment, both in financial terms and in the safety of its passengers. We feel 'V.I.C.
